The development of an identity for this new brand of the restaurant world was a creative experience that went far beyond the creation of a graphic universe and resulted in an addition to the entire sensory experience of those who visit this unique restaurant space. All pieces created, from the logo to the signage, from the menus to the environment, are inspired by the concept of fusion, in this case between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, but also between their cultures, people and geographies so differentiating, both filled with an immense wealth that extends to gastronomy.
